(July 30, 2018, 1:27 pm)I often come to this branch to see my advisor, Upasana Arora, whom I have followed from another RBC location. I finally found someone who showed interest in my investments and was willing to provide me with advice. I am not a huge risk taker and was hesitant about investing, but Upasana helped educate me starting with the basics and was not pushy when I declined to invest in certain markets. Since I am new to investing, she helped me choose less risky investments that I could keep an eye on but would benefit me in the long term while. Through this I have become more comfortable and willing to trust her advice. She is fantastic and is very knowledgeable of the current trends.
Upasana tailored my accounts to my needs and always responds to my inquiries in a timely manner. She was even able to help me open a business account for my husband who constantly had issues with another bank.
There is another RBC location closer to where I live, however I much prefer this location. Sometimes, I wish the branch had more staff, especially at busy times, however it's a great place to bank nonetheless!
