(March 11, 2021, 11:33 pm)Rheem Canada proved to me that they are 100% committed to quality customer service and stand behind their water heaters. After just 26 months into a 12 year warranty, my Platinum heater stopped working. The local service/installer worked hard to figure it out but after two tries and 10 days without hot water it still wasn't fixed. Rheem Canada were easy to contact on the phone, responded quickly to my problem, and delivered replacement parts really fast. When nothing could be done to fix the tank, they replaced it at no charge. Kudos to Rheem for empowering Rene in warranty service to ensure I was completely satisfied.
(March 4, 2021, 4:44 am)It's always a pleasure dealing with the Rheem Canada Team. I love the online tools they provide. It's really easy to find a professional contractor from the website and the warranty verification tool really easy to use.
My two favorite products from Rheem are the ProTerra Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater and the Prestige Condensing Tankless.
