(June 4, 2019, 2:04 pm)Went to this Rogers Store to pick up my free phone upgrade.Staff was very helpful, polite and efficient. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Helped me switch over all my info from old phone to new phone , also helped me when I went back after I had issues completing the transfer. Will return to this store if I need any new product or service . Thanks guys !

(August 24, 2018, 3:00 am)The staff do their job as told I guess. Friendly, attentive and sometimes offer great advice to save a few bucks here and there. Service was fast for me but i'm also aware sometimes the line backs up ... which is expected. 5 stars for now :)
(June 23, 2018, 1:39 pm)Very friendly and great customer service especially from Ebenezer - Tall Black guy with such a calm attitude. Only nice things to say about this location. They cpukd get a bigger store though. A lot of walk ins here, well staffed nonetheless.
