I absolutely adore Sarah. I will never go anywhere else for my cosmetic needs. Her positive attitude is captivating and her dedication is second to none. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and im always happy with my skin after i see her.
Sarah's fitness classes are the BEST I have ever been to because they produce RESULTS! Everyone loses inches...girls AND guys!!!
I've been going to gyms for 20 years but nothing works the way Sarah's classes do! I lost 40lbs in 4-5 months with her classes and healthy eating!

Sarah is a very friendly person, with lots of positivity. I am a rheumatoid arthritis patient, I was looking for a personal trainer who could cater to my arthritis and make my inner core strong. Sarah really proved to be the perfect trainer as she has been a nurse as well and has always showed so much of energy and has always motivated me to do my best.
There are some days when I am unable to stand due to my flare ups - To my surprise Sarah was so capable that she catered to my needs and make me do all sitting exercises so I don't strain my legs at all.
One thing I can say is, I feel so much more stronger and I feel I have lesser flare ups and now I look forward to exercise
Sarah is a great personal trainer! My family and I have been training with her for approximately 6 months and we have loved the results! Sarah is bubbly, energetic, and a great motivator.
