Customer service is impeccable. They greet you with a smile and the waiting time it's less than 10 minutes. I went to this location this mooring and these was a line up. But line kept moving and there was a service ontario employee calling senior citizens off from the line to help them with paperwork.
Fantastic experience! I walked in on a Saturday morning without any prior apportionment.
Firstly the guy at the main door managing/ assisting the crowd was so helpful; he patiently solved all my queries and guided me to the next steps.
The lady at the counter was super efficient, helpful, and resourceful. I was done in 5-7 mins.

I was in and out of the center in under 20 mins.
I had honestly come here expecting a wait time but was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff here. This was my first ever visit to a service Ontario office and it has set an extraordinary benchmark.

Very professional and very quick service. Specifically the guy outside managing the crowd today is super nice and encouraging everyone to be ready for the docs. Also knowledgeable as was able to confirm if everything is complete.
By far the absolute best Service Ontario in the area. Employees are friendly and super efficient. I don't think I've ever spent more than 15 minutes here. Keep up the amazing, I hope more locations would operate like this one.
I had a smooth experience that was very quick! Came in to renew DRL and take a pic for it as well as plate sticker. I appreciate the gentleman going through the line to explain the process ( lobby leadership). I was in and out quickly.
