I started my training with Savannah last year and have had nothing but positive and amazing results.
She is the most positive trainer ever. She works with you what your body is capable of and always supports you. I have gotten much more confident to push my self further to achieve even higher goals than I ever thought I could. It’s all because of Savannah, I look myself in the mirror and thank her.
Getting into the habit of working out and eating accordingly is hard for any beginner! I personally have struggled with that for a long time. I was doing exercises that weren’t getting me to my goal and ended up very discouraged which lead to me completely giving up. Seeking help was the best option for me and I’m glad I found a trainer as dedicated as I was to get me to where I wanted to be. Within a couple sessions with Savannah, I began to understand all the things I was doing wrong. She helped correcting my form and get a better understanding of what a mind/muscle connection was. She would constantly check up on food logs and make sure to keep me in check. She made it very easy to feel comfortable with all inquiries as she’d constantly remind me that this journey is long yet rewarding! After a couple months I seen a significant change in muscle definition and fat loss! Consistency is key - of course! However! Having someone as passionate about seeing progress as you are, is the most encouraging thing! Feeling like you have someone you can trust to guide you through this is equally as important, and Savannah does everything in her power to get you there! Her passion for working out and her contagious positive energy will rub off on you even at 6AM in the morning. Truly couldn’t find anyone better to help me through this journey!
I started my personal training session with savannah twice a week back in December. And I have never felt better physically and mentally. I was very new to strength training and working out in general. Savannah made me feel Extremely comfortable and showed me step by step. She was able to modify my workouts when I was having issues with my hip. I can’t thank Savannah enough she is an amazing trainer and I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with her Guidance and support.
I started with Savannah as an alternative to the psychiatric system and as a hopeful experiment to see if exercise and structured eating could bring some relief to my anxiety & depression. In less than 1 month, my stress levels had already reduced significantly and I continue to feel more and more resilient under this new lifestyle change. Savannah has a very balanced and flexible perspective on exercise and eating - I do not feel restricted, but I also feel and see concrete progress in my weight loss and strength. She teaches well, is knowledgable, relaxed, encouraging, patient, accommodating, and highly attentive to your individual needs. She will engage in myth busting with you, and is clear and responsive in her communication. I find that she handles things in & outside of the gym competently, creatively, curiously and has a great problem-solving attitude. I can’t imagine doing this with anyone else and this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I highly recommend reaching out to Savannah, especially if you’re curious about what a program with her could do to improve your health and stress levels or if you’re looking for a trainer that’s sweet, caring, and personable to help you feel comfortable in the gym :)
Not only was it a joy to see Savannah 2 to 3 times a week because she's a cool and chill person but she made working out with her fun. It never felt like a task. Savannah definitely knows what she's doing, she helped me transform my body in a way I've never seen it before, she taught me how to eat better, track my calories and portion control. I could message her anytime and get a response.
Her workout plans were tiring but good (I would feel it the next day but no pain no gain) she pushed me and motivated me, which is what I needed..Her backyard space is well equipped and inviting, I had an amazing few months with her. The best part was I really gave it my all in the workouts, tracked everything I ate and saw the amazing results in the end...I recommend her to all..Thanks Savannah!!
