(July 25, 2020, 3:51 pm)I am a long-time customer of Shopper's Drug Mart at 1 Kennedy Rd. S in Brampton (store #1058). I'm in the pharmacy a lot and they've always treated me well. I believe that their excellent customer service comes from their manager - Domenic Romano. Just today, I emailed Domenic to ask if he could get the pharmacy to expedite a renewal because I had forgotten to do it. He contacted his staff and it was all done within half an hour. And this is not just a one-time thing. He and his staff alwats go the extra mile.

Sam, Ali, Sultana and the rest of the pharmacy team are friendly, non judgmental and have gone way above and beyond for me more than once. I've had prescriptions filled at other locations but the staff at this location are top notch. They are always making me feel like I have their total attention even when they are busy, always have time to answer questions or explain things. I love this shoppers and the owner Domenic is great. Always stops to say hi and ask how I'm doing.
