We literally gave up and thought to ourselves that buying a house in this time is going to be impossible and let’s live on rent forever. We then met Simar Saab which was referred by our friend to see. We set up an appointment for next few days and met him. He explained everything to us about buying a house and getting the right amount of down payment and made sure that we buy our house. He did everything for us to make this happen and guess what we bought a semi detached house in the best neighborhood. My wife was crying with joy first day when we moved into the house.
