Super convenient with metro, shoppers and lcbo at ground level (and more shops being put in), and right next to both 501 streetcar (a 24/7 transit) and a major bike trail both that go right downtown. Common areas were kept clean and in good condition. The concierge when I was there were always really helpful. And the view of the water and city, cannot be beat.

(May 3, 2017, 12:46 pm)Nice location. Has everything you need right downstairs. Metro grocery store, Shopper's Drug Mart and LCBO. 5 minute walk to the park and water. Not even 2 minute drive to the highway. Quick drive to downtown or transit to downtown from right outside the building. Great living choice.
