Recently things got better since Queensgate hired new Service manager Memo and customer service rep. Diego. I am impressed with both of them.They both listen and try to help with the issues.Previously bad customer service spoiled the reputation of the builder, but with the addition of above two gentleman lots of issues were resolved.
