I was in that school 1999 and it was gangsta only the stron survived and everyone was getting robbed true story and everyone sold drugs
everyone is so left wing it hurts, also people are very demanding and rude. this school is full of teachers who are ops. the teachers are very mean towards students except for a select few who are very caring. the school is very strict and sometimes unreasonably crazy. the students need also have more respect for not only teachers but also the student body. UNACCEPTABLE. the bathrooms are also gross and treated badly by students. thanks for your time. they also need to take the bathroom equipment out of the vaping room.
It’s alright it’s better than most high schools by a long shot and the uniform isn’t that bad it actually looks good and is simple, so far most of teachers are decent, there are a few absolutely amazing teachers , and of course a few the opposite but minority are alright.
Students meh there alright schools pretty decent .
Hey all, my name is Rebecca and I've been a member of Student Council at Aquinas for the past 3 years, soon to be four (fingers crossed)! I'm hoping to address some concerns and offer an insight others may not have, so if you left a previous review, please read! Also follow our Instagram account (@STA_Brampton) for more stuff! At Aquinas we do our best to take the opinions of students' and their needs into consideration within every decision we make. Aquinas is a great place for outgoing students and you or your child will get the best experience possible by putting yourselves/themselves out there! At Aquinas it is easy to start clubs or teams so if we are missing something we will help you set things up! Our teachers are phenomenal, and many have been here for a long time. Addressing some concerns in other reviews, of course there will be people who pick fights. Of course some teachers may seem rude. However at Aquinas we don't judge a person before we know their story, based on a phone call or kids being loud in the hallways. At Aquinas it is easy to avoid the wrong crowds because there are so many opportunities to get in with the right ones. Our welcoming committees work best if you embrace them, our teachers are busy, yet they have students' best interests at heart. You may think I'm biased but my behind the scenes experience has given me a better understanding of the inner workings and a new appreciation for the work it takes to run this school. First of all, we encourage all different points of view to be shared, we are just the type of school to encourage discussions. We don't think everything is racist or offensive, we just need to try and please as many people as possible because we are responsible to keep the peace the best we can. Next, don't let the few people who get into fights ruin it for you, other schools have the same problems. We cannot possibly know everything that happens in every student's social lives, and I can assure you we have good relationships with other schools. We cannot be given the full responsibility of individuals from different schools who pick fights with each other. Another thing, as Catholics we have a responsibility to help and love our neighbors. We invite all people to our schools because we have so much to share and to offer to students, such as our Arts, Sports, or French programs. There are many faith opportunities for Catholic students who go to the chapel, talk to teachers, pay attention, and get involved. Aquinas can be hard to adapt to, with so much going on, but it's much easier when you get involved!
