(May 12, 2018, 9:08 pm)I saw a sofa on their website and went in today to take a look at it. They did not have this particular sofa on display but I wanted to know if they still carried it and if they would do a special order. Female customer service rep was so condescending, immediately assumed that I would not be able to afford it. However, Paul the sales manager stepped in and was very pleasant and helpful. This furniture store has very nice furniture but I think the owner needs to do some customer service training with their staff. Also I read a lot of the reviews where others complain about their delivery service. Hopefully they will do some training there as well. Overall, Paul saved the day for me.
