Dr. Doug (or was it Duck?) was very helpful when we called about an emergency dental situation. I wish we were close enough to see her. She was very polite and knowledgeable and I would like to thank her for her time and information.

My first day was yesterday, I was leaving from bad dental experiences at my old dental office. The specific lady that was cleaning my teach actually cared about my life and as well my dental health. It was almost like laying down speaking to a therapist while at the same time getting your teeth cleaned. The receptionist are so sweet and the dentist sat down and explained the next steps so properly to me. I really love the team here. If you are looking for dentist who care about you, GO HERE!! :)

After having a somewhat challenging experience, I was rather pleased when Maria the general manager sought to take corrective measures and showed us some compassion and understanding. The lesson here? We are not above making mistakes but its how we deal with it that really tells the kind of person we are. Thanks again.
