My family and I are relatively new immigrants to Canada and was finding it a bit difficult to get on the rental market. The team at sunbelle realtor walk us through the process and secured a reasonable rental property for my family.
We were made to do the process again in early 2020 when my landlord of almost 3 years decided to sell the property 2 months after saying that he have no intention of selling.
Once again the team at sunbelle realty stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure that my families need and requirement for a rental property was met.
