First time there was this evening..very impressed.. friendly staff...very clean and organized ?

The store is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are fair. I have always had good experiences in these store the have an excellent selection of clothes books toys and housewares. I highly recommend this store.

Commendation to one of the managers Mo. He provided me with exceptional customer service today. Addressed a pricing concern of an overpriced item, apologized(unnecessary, I wasn't upset) professionally while handling his staff and clearly multitasking other managerial duties. He even went out of his way to cash me out and serve me directly. As a manager, you have a keeper here Talize. He has great professionalism, very personable and was able to handle any customer concerns flawlessly. Thank you Mo and keep up the great work!

Great selection of new and used clothing, outerwear, toys, bedding, household items, sessonal items, books etc and costumes in the Fall for Halloween. Staff is usually friendly and helpful, store is reasonably clean. Discount coupon given for donation drop offs. Special sale days, and earn points to use towards purchases.

I like the random variety of the store and it's much better since they lowered scent dispersal system. It used to be very overpowering. The staff are pretty much nonexistent except for at the cash.
