- He has the concrete understanding of going beyond the staging and making us realize the importance of ‘value for money’ for any house
- He had showed us readiness to explore different areas too (as the price of houses were unbelievably high when we bought) AND provided us a comparison as to how it compares to GTA
- His explaination of the comparables, helped us stay WITHIN the GTA, especially our most preferred areas
- He early on, understood our needs, and he completely respected and accommodated our time restrictions and also complemented the urgency to show a house and not let it slip-through when it was needed.

His team, especially Mr Rikin Gajjar have been amazing! Rikin ensured during Techie’s absence that we do not feel any difference of service we were getting.

Doesn’t matter what number of house you are buying if you are not an investor, you are bound to be nervous. Techie understands the nervousness of a buyer. Techie helped us navigate through, and has provided excellent service throughout.

We didn’t need just a good real estate agent, we needed a ‘closer’!! And he delivered that. We are extremely thankful!
