The Pickle Barrel

Overall calm atmosphere. The wings are delicious. Great place to come for a drink or to have dinner with family. Not as pricey compared to the other places. Waiter and bartender were friendly. Enjoyed my experience here.

Went to Pickle Barrel with friends for the first time, and I had a very positive experience. First off, the place is very clean and the service was great. We had the option to either dine inside or outside the restaurant, and we chose to dine inside. We were seated and our drink orders were taken almost immediately.

I had ordered the Cajun Spiked Chicken Taco, and considering the price I should have expected for a small portion size, however I was pretty surprised when I received my order. Regardless, the Taco itself was delicious and flavourful, and I enjoyed every bite of it.

Next time, I would probably get something bigger now that I am aware of the sizes, and I’ll definitely go back to eat there.

Food was very good and for the early dinner special it was a great price. Portions were great even had leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Service was a bit slow but friendly.

The Pickle Barrel has become my family's new food place. The main courses are very tasty and well-portioned for their respective prices. Frankly, the menu puts other's to shame (cough**Jack Astor's cough**). Don't get me started on desserts! The brown cow cheesecake is a must try. Service has always been good and the place has always been clean. If you don't have the time to dine-in, they have a take-out bar filled with smaller goodies (S/O to the chicken caesar wrap).

Have you been to the mighty Pickle lately? I haven't been there in a bit but I must say that the food was quite scrumptious. I had the 2 Course Meal ~ Cesar Salad, the Meat Loaf with Vegetables and Sweet Potato Fries. The Salad was fresh and crunchy. The Meat Loaf was one of the best I've had in a long time. Super excellent. It wasn't that busy so the food came out quickly. Staff at this location deserve a commendation for their excellent customer service. We had a super waiter tonight. I highly recommend this location for its super ambiance, excellent service and tasty food dishes. ????????????????????????????????
