Here, u have Abhi in the shipping office,(the know how, go getter. For example, if something is to be shipped n he knows nothing about it, he'll stop what he's doing n go in search of, also if the Receiving is closed for lunch n u have a Few pkgs, he'll received n hand to Chris who is another stalwart in TJX's "armor").

The work is not tough but I think they should enforce more safety. Nobody cares if guns pierce the fingers while ticketing the stuff because they mostly care their production. I found some old or hired people too rude with the new comers and nobody takes any strict action against the harassment. Employees are not given much priority. There are many things to be liked though but more is expected outta such big organizsation like Tjx.

Great job opportunities. The Receiving department was my favorite. Great team to work with. Fast paced. Very supportive, and inclusive, especially for all religions and people with mental health issues.
