@Shukria Atta I understand why the manager did not gave you a chance to exchange the item with a hole, obviously, in most of the store if you don't show the receipts to them its 100% you can't get the privilege for exchange, refund or store credit. And also, Dalia is one of the owner so I guess you did spoke to the person that you wanted to unless you're looking for her business partner. Top10 is one of the best customer service amongst BCC shops. They are helpful and kind enough to provide your clothing fashion needs.

Everything in the store is $10 no matter what it is you have to go in and check it out as merchandise changes if you're into leggings and jogging outfits, this is the place mens short sleeve collard shirts too but mostly women's clothing.
