Great work, this shop is under new management and the work and price they charge is just what I was looking for, I was able to get my brakes replace and a new car battery just under 250$

I could have given 5 stars but I'm giving 3 stars because of this :-
I had improper cooling in my car & asked the mechanic to inspect the car's AC system. He said that he would require to connect the car to diagnostic machine & only then would be able to say exactly what's wrong & how much would it cost to fix it.
The inspection was agreed to be free of cost. I was asked to wait outside while they connected the equipment to the car & started checking.
After about 40 minutes, the mechanic arrived & said we've fixed the car's AC system & now there won't be any problems. He said that there was a minor leak & he poured 1 liter stop leak & then recharged the system with refrigerant. Now, there was superb cooling.
But wait, I told him that you were supposed to check & inspect & to come back to me with the information on what's wrong & what would be a price of fixing. Instead you have fixed it without my permission & consent.
Anyway, I was happy that the AC was blowing ice cold air & he demanded $100 only & I paid him $80 after a little negotiation which he agreed.
Even after 7 months of the job, the AC works like new.
I would have rated 5 stars had he come to me with the information on what's going on & not completed the job without my permission.
