Walmart Brampton West SuperCentre

Great facility and staff. Very helpful and supportive. Love the Yoga classes, high tech equipment, steam room and Basketball court. I had a great session today with Melissa and look forward to working with her. She really knows her stuff.

Always love shopping at this Walmart location. Very organized and have friendly staff. That said, the customer service return process can be improved. It seems as though online orders are very difficult to return. Not sure if it’s a process or people issue but it needs to be revisited.

Great place to take the kids for a long walk without them realizing it and then getting them to go sleep at home.

The seemingly endless aisles of interesting areas & stuff provide both mental stimulation and gift insights in addition to talking topics and indoor/outdoor activity ideas for later on. :D

This is extraordinary these days, so had to share it.
Kayla at the Bakery... very enthusiastic and empathetic. She had a warm smile to cheer for chilly a winter morning and when I requested for a candle (Number 5) for the cake that was not on the shelf; she went out of the way searching for it in the store for more than 5 minutes, now that is what I call empathetic customer service.
Cheers Walmart for hiring such a staff.
