Incredibly happy with service received. My air conditioner had been running for days and the house was still hot. I messaged Waves Appliances and they were at my place within less than an hour. I was at work at the time but made it home before he was at my door. Service was quick and easy. My air conditioner needed freon topped up and after the fill, the house was cold again. The tech even cleaned the air conditioner unit for me free of charge. He was also super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was very straight forward and there were no hidden fees.

Owner is technician for appliance, furnace and AC. I have business relation with him for more than 7 years now. I had contacted him to install used washer dryer at my investment property.
