Friendly and well mannered staff at the clinic, Dr Vasudeva is very professional and soft spoken. They answer all the queries with all their attention going above and beyond especially Harpreet and Rajni.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Very professional and courteous staff. My appointment process was seamless and there was no wait time beyond my appointment slot. All Safety guidelines were followed diligently. A wide range of choices of brands for frames and lenses at very economical and competitive prices. They followed up with me after I received my prescription glasses to check if there are any issues for clarity and also to confirm if I am satisfied with the frame fitting. I would highly recommend this place for any optical needs.

I have never been to the store but the service there provided me over the phone was exceptional. I appreciate to staff service for finding exactly what I need. I have only shared the Model Number of sun glasses rest everything is was taken care by the WestPoint Optical staff.

The owner was very helpful. I found the service courteous and friendly. I was told how much the frame would cost exactly. The owner reached out to me proactively to remind me of my appointment and overall I am satisfied with my experience. I was offered best service when it came to frame selection, choice of lenses as well as delivery.
