Regardless of what language it is one speaks, here in Multicultural Canada... it is my contention that the only language which should be spoken, schooling a potential customer, is the language said customer prefers. That is not the case here. It is now closing in on 1 hour and we have not been able to make it simple cellular handheld device swap, despite having arranged everything via telephone earlier today. Now, on a positive and more constructive note, once I am finished my car break, I shall go back in to the Hudson's Bay Company main level entrance to the wow kiosk, located practically directly at the Mall access point, as you exit Hudson's Bay and hopefully my companion has been fully satisfied. These employees have too many friends and or family lingering about drawing employee attention from would-be customers. So pick up where I left off once I returned to the car. For a final statement and perhaps a photograph or two. Useless bunch. Initial contact via telephone.. promises were made and broken screen call center attendance kiosk. If you make a deal on the telephone, have that representative email you a copy before you venture to the mall.
