Booked a Spa weekend getaway for my wife and her cousin and these folks took care of everything.
They both came back raving about the service and how seamless all the spa treatments were scheduled.
Absolutely would recommend the Millcroft if you want a professional organization to take care of an agenda for you.
First time at this place and honestly, I had a wonderful time. This place is clean, the staff are all friendly and it is so peaceful. It is put together so elegantly. The food is a little bit over priced for the portion sizes you receive however, for a spa Inn, it is very reasonably priced if you are covered under a health plan and looking for massage services.
With that being said, thank you to staff Keeley who assisted me over the phone you were an absolute angel. Very patient and kind.
And thank you to massage therapist Gayle, C. I got a deep tissue massage done by Gayle and she did an outstanding, phenomenal job. She was so welcoming, I didn't feel rushed what so ever, she didn't converse throughout the session so I genuinely enjoyed my relaxation time and she really did put all her efforts into the session. I left feeling rejuvenated. She even gave me some tips and pointers upon leaving. I highly recommend her if you plan to visit and are looking for a session.
Overall, hats off to all the employees at this place, they are what makes this place feel so welcoming. I had a wonderful, relaxing day and I will be back!
Lovely grounds, the best natural atmosphere. The rooms and facilities need updating though and their website needs to be more accurate. The room we thought we were getting was far from the picture, the staff were lovely and understanding but it was frustrating none the less. The spa itself was relaxing but small and needed some updating. The Jets were very weak and the main pool needs to be repainted. They could use an update and larger space for sure.
Beautiful. I know Millcroft had nothing to do with the snow falling the weekend I stayed there. The snow really helped bring magic to this place. We stayed in the main building which holds the front desk and restaurant. There are 2 other building with guest rooms and a building that holds the spa and pools. When you check into the spa the robes are luxurious and treatments are excellent. They even provide sandals! The whole place is well organized. Bonus points to the inn for having electrical charging for our vehicle at no cost. And during the breakfast brunch I asked to have a seat in the dome and had a lovely view of the waterfall and had my eyes peeled for the other that had left foot prints in the snow. Tip to others there is stupendous dinning options off site.
We stayed here for our 3 day work conference. The Millcroft Inn is absolutely stunning! The hot springs are a must try while you're there. The staff were amazing and the rooms were kept super clean. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back!
