I am very pleased to say that this was one of the greatest installations I have experienced in many a decade.

From arrival, discussions with installer has to options, then installation, all done within a two hour period.

The installer, Kaleb was very clear on the options and types of operators for a garage door opener. What was really nice, no sales pitch to go with the highest priced unit model.

The unit installed was a chain operated and I was very surprised at how quiet it was when the garage door opened and closed. The unit was a lift master, a basic unit, but had two extra remotes, the standard safety features, access to Internet and included, even a keypad on the outside.
Satisfied with the final cost of hardware and installation.

What I appreciated the most was the honesty from this individual. I asked about options in regards to door accessories, was given the different options and on some of the options he suggested that it would not improve given the type of door already in place. Just this aspect will keep Canadoor in my mind and will gladly reference them to anyone who ask.

Terry was very professional, polite and easy to deal with. Fixed my garage door right away and explained what I’m going to see on the invoice so there won’t be any surprises which I liked.

Maryanne prompt in returning our calls/emails. We bought our own unit but were apprehensive to install ourselves. Most companies would only install with their own units, but this company did it for us. Terry and another gentleman installed quickly and promptly, and even fixed what was improperly installed by the builder.
