We hired Joe from Falco Mechanical Ltd. to replace our commercial HVAC package unit (heating, air conditioning and economiser) in December, 2019 at our office in Mississauga. This was right around Christmas, so it is difficult to get something like this underway at this time of year. Joe got us quotes for 3 different systems that had comparable but differing features and discussed this with us. Once we decided on the right system, he arranged delivery, crane and installation for us very quickly. Installation went very smoothly and our new system works fantastic. I have no reservations on recommending him for this type of work.

Joe really came through for us! Our furnace stopped working at the worse possible time…in the middle of February! As responsible homeowners, we did our due diligence and brought in several companies to assess the work and provide us with quotes. We decided to go with Falco Mechanical and Joe did not disappoint! We found him to be extremely professional and very honest. He told us exactly what we needed and more importantly, what we didn’t need. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and we have never seen our utility room look so good!!! We also appreciated that he protected our staircase and floors making clean up a breeze! Joe from Falco Mechanical is professional and honest. He accomplished in one hour what three previous service men could not. I don't know exactly what he did, although he did explain it to me in detail. All I can say is that my home is now comfortable for the first time since we moved in.
