I first met Dr. Ryan and his team a couple of years ago when I moved into the area. Having had great and not-so-great experiences with chiropractors in the past, I wanted to meet with Dr. Ryan and his team to ensure that they would be the right team for my family and I. From the minute we reached out to inquire about their services, both Dr. Ryan and his team made my family feel welcome and excited about taking care of our health.

When Dr. Ryan and his team listened attentively to each member of my family and then created a personalized health care plan for each of us, I knew that we were in the right hands.

I was suffering from cluster headaches. Google cluster headaches and it’s no joke. Makes migraines look like a walk on the beach is my understanding. My concern on top of the head feeling like it will explode 3 times a day was the amount of medication I was on with little success to boot. Started going here as sort of a Hail Mary / tried everything else and although it wasn’t instant relief. There was some. Kept with it and now I’m off all my medication with ZERO cluster headaches. Been 2-3 years. Try it.

I first met Ryan in Oakville when he worked with Brett Moore. Brett had showed me what it was like to have a healthy life through chiropractic care. Ryan took that to the next level. Ryan is one of the most dynamic people I have ever had the privilege to meet. He truly found his calling in life. He is naturally gifted to assist people in having a better quality of life through his care. Today, doctors become doctors for the wrong reasons, for the country club memberships and the Mercedes cars. Not Ryan, he is a doctor to heal and add quality to peoples lives. Over the 25 years I've known Ryan he hasn't only helped me live a more fulfilled life but all the people I have sent his way. Kids from the hockey team I coached, my parent's, co-workers, a 5 year old from North Carolina who to this day I can't believe what Ryan was able to give to him and his family. Ryan and his team have grown over the years. I guess quality attracts quality because his team is made up of dynamic, energetic, caring doctors and office staff that are the difference between getting by in life and living it!

Sixteen years ago our family was referred to Dr. Ryan. He taught us then, and reminds us often that the body heals itself, "from the Inside-Out." He also reminds us that we have to do our part and work towards keeping ourselves active and healthy. I appreciate what I'd call the perfect chiropractic adjustment for me. And I get this from Dr. Ryan on my bi-weekly visits. I don't visit Dr. Ryan because I'm sick. I visit him because I don't want to be sick. Sixteen years ago this referral became a gift that our family has ever since, deeply appreciated. Dr. Ryan's staff are friendly, helpful, relaxed, caring & super positive. I've been going to Inside Out Family Chiropractic for several years now. When I first visited Dr. Ryan he made me feel so comfortable from the get go and everyday since! He has a wonderful staff that great you in a very friendly manner and Dr. Ryan himself is a wonderful, spiritual person that treats every patient with kindness and love. You are an individual and not a person on a receiving line that you do the job and move them on through. Each person coming onto the office is treated with respect for their own individual ailments. Dr. Darren is also a wonderful person to see. I have had him when Dr. Ryan had been on holidays and the two are in sync with each other and their patients.
I live in Brampton and even though the office is in Bolton, I refuse to switch as much care has been so wonderful. I remember the pain I was in when I first visited Dr. Ryan. It isn't a quick fix. It is a long term, take of yourself and your body ordeal. Even though I feel great, I know this is something I keep doing for myself and will for a long time! Everyone there is like a family to me.
