Kinetico Quality Water of Greater Toronto

Just purchased my 4th Kinetico Quality Water Solution & RO from Kinetico. Decided to go thru the COSTCO channel and received a telephone call from Mustafa. The experience was fantastic, as Mustafa arranged for a house visit and was very professional and was absolutely no pressure sales approach. The Installation was fast and efficient by Dave and I am completely pleased with having soft water and tea has no more brown residue. Cannot recommend Kinetico and the Team enough. Thanks again. We were looking to buy a new water softener system as we moved to Georgetown. I looked up on costco.ca and found Kinetico and had inquired about it via email. i received a call from Mustafa the very next day and set up the appointment for a demo. He came to our place with a miniature version of the system and both me and my wife were blown away with his knowledge and demo. This guy knows his stuff and provided a very nice deal. Actually we already made deal with a water softener system from a reputed company a week ago. But after his demo and explanation I cancelled my deal with that and made agreement with Mustafa with Kinetico. Its been like 4 months and we absolutely love Kinetico. There is a remarkable difference in water quality from our old place. The drinking water is out of this world as well. And it does not require any electricity plus you get 27-7 softened water.

After a research of the water topic few years ago, we went with Kinetico Kube solution at that time and was very satisfied of the water quality that Kube was delivering. Lately, we were looking more carefully to address other water needs like filtration of chloramine, iron and moving towards reverse osmosis solution to take water quality even step further. With no hesitation we contacted Kinetico Costco Customer Service and scheduled consultation in home. It was a pleasure to have Mustafa come over and explain the topic in very detailed manner with all following water tests and they interpretation. The process went very smooth and in very professional manner without any pressure sales tactics. The installation was customized per our request and we are very happy about the interaction and the quality of the products and more important the final product that is great water quality that we consume every day! Will definitely recommend Kinetico products and Mustafa as advisor!
