Level Salon

I've always been a little paranoid when getting my hair cut ever since one stylist a couple years ago cut it way too short lol But when I came here she was very kind and cut it exactly how I wanted it! I've been going for about a year now and I don't plan on switching any time soon :)

I have been visiting Level Salon for almost two years now, and have been booked with both Emily and the owner, Samantha. Upon each visit, be it a trim, balayage or a colour change, I have never been let down. The salon is always a clean, calm and friendly environment and I have never had to wait. The staff at Level is professional and caring in every way - from the products they use to the service delivered. I have recently moved 45 minutes away but still make the drive and it is well worth it! Thank you Level Salon :)

Christina is the reason I went to this Salon in the first place. I was a bit hesitant because I find it hard to adapt to change, new places and new surroundings however, I quickly fell in love with with this Salon and its location, ambience and staff! That includes the ever so friendly owner Samantha and the very cheerful hairstylist Emily. Christina however, is the 5 gold star rating for me! Christina is super organized and always gets me in for all my appointments. We are booked ahead until June 2021 ! She is honest with the appropriate amount of time in-between each visit .Christina will never push a product on you but when you ask about something like their new Botanical Aveda line she is a wealth of knowledge. She knows the Aveda product as she has been working with it for years and she knows what product works best with your hair type. ( Legit the Aveda Guru). For the longest time ( when I was not seeing Christina ) my hair would not grow past my shoulders. IT was severely damaged and I always had a fear of cutting it. Christina made me feel comfortable in understanding her recommendations such as a trim here and there to get my hair HEALTHY AND LONG again ! * spoiler alert * my hair is LONG and BLONDE and I love it ! all thanks to you Christina! Although my hair is still thing ( hormones) Christina works with it well and does not dry it out. She styles it and provides tips and tricks for me to style it in-between visits so it looks super full and luscious. I feel so confident every time I enter that salon and when I leave I feel overwhelmed with excitement and love to show off my hair as soon as I can! I love the salon and stylists so much that I have secured them for my wedding day and my wedding party! I cannot trust anyone but Christina, Samantha and Emily to get the job done right ! I walked into Level Salon with black hair wanting to go blonde. I was told that this was going to be a huge process. I was really impressed with my results each visit I had. My hairstylist was Emily and she got me to a beautiful blonde colour with no damage in the process. I couldn’t be happier with my results.

I've had a few bad experiences with hair salons but Level was the best I've ever been to. My stylist, Emily took the time to get to know what I wanted in terms of time commitment and suggested a change to the style I thought I wanted as it would have required a lot more time and effort than I want to do on a daily basis. I got a great cut and am confident I'll be able to style it myself. The hand massage was amazing too.
