Our friends recommended we consider Saunacore. They purchased a Sauna two years ago and they were impressed with the product and the customer service. When we moved to our new home we knew that Saunacore was the only brand of steam room heaters that would not only meet our needs, but are backed up by a superior customer service team. We recently spoke with Anna-Maria to order our new steam unit and we had a very tight schedule to get the unit given our contractor was on site. Anna-Maria volunteered to stay late to process the order so that we could receive the next day, which we did. Once again Saunacore exceeded our expectations!!!
