Professional team, so good,excellent service, very very honest. Dr Morkos is very professional and super talented ,whatever he said to me ,it happened exactly. My case was so hard, he made it very simple and in no time. Very patient. Perfect follow up. I really recommend him. Louris as well was so helpful. A big Thanks to this amazing team.

So, full disclosure - I work at a neighboring dental office and earlier this week my partner came to us with a terribly painful gum infection; my boss/her dentist examined her and requested a digital panoramic xray as soon as possible and referred her to a specialist we frequently work with.

Unfortunately, the specialist was going to take too long to get an appointment. So I called a bunch of local offices to explain the situation and the pain, and inquired about getting her in for just a pan xray, an exam of some sort, and then having the xray sent to her regular provider.

No other offices were eager to book in a "one and done" type appointment, even when I offered to bring her at ANY time when they had a 2 unit gap in their schedule (hey, why not make 200$ in that 20 minutes that you wouldn't have made otherwise?) Anyhow, the front desk at Smiley immediately offered times to bring her in - and understood that the patient is in pain and, well, the decent thing to do is provide the required service to help- even if it's not likely that this patient will pay out long term.

Dr Morcos was punctual and very friendly, he reviewed the xrays and intraoral pictures I brought along, examined my partner, took the panoramic xray, and offered us three very reasonable and conservative potential treatment options. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and suggested the least invasive option that was likely to have the best probable outcome.

This is what I'd say is putting a patients comfort and wellbeing ahead of "potential future profits". And you know what? If, in the future, for whatever reasons, my partner ever needed a different provider- guess where she's gonna go??? So thanks, Smiley, for doing us that solid without hesitation, it certainly speaks to the level of actual *care* provided at this practice.

A very friendly dentist who knows his job well. My 5 year old daughter was so at ease during her sessions, not even once,she felt pain or any discomfort. Dr. Marcos explain the procedure in detail, shows us the progress during the process, and did a fantastic job in filling the cavities for my daughter. Very neat and tidy place and friendly staff. I would any day recommend this place.
