My initial contact with this dealership was with Sam( sales associate)My brief conversation with him about the vehicle I was interested in, gave me the feeling of someone I was willing to do business with.Next day I got there earlier than I told Sam; but Leon tended to my concerns and explained in detail the vehicle, price and relevant details.Henry did the paperwork as Sam was not available.I was treated as a valued customer by all three of these gentlemen.When I took possession of the purchased automobile I was truly impressed of the presentation of the vehicle.It was was far better than a new vehicle my wife and bought elsewhere.In summary I very satisfied with with the staff at The Auto Show Inc. and the diligence in treating their customers.The car was turned over to me 100% to my satisfaction.In summary I would refer people I know to them and definitely They have me as a repeat customer.PS I really can't explain why I felt good when I initially spoke to Sam;but his pleasant voice had something to do with it and I am very satisfied with my purchase.Check them out if you are in the market for a vehicle and I hope your experience is the same as mine.

Honest and straightforward and they did exactly what they said they would do. I went from Ottawa to Bolton to see the car because Henry told me over the phone that it was a great - clean car. My wife wanted a pristine white exterior, black interior MB ML with wood grain that was in great shape and had no issues - and when I arrived to test drive it - it was exactly as Henry said it was - not a single caveat. After test driving it I did up the paperwork and left and made arrangements to come back a week later to pick it up. I was very clear that I would arrive on Friday at noon and I needed it to be ready for that time because I was heading back to Ottawa. When I arrived I was very happy to find out that they did everything they said they would and more - 10 out of 10 experience. Henry said it would be in "Road Trip" ready shape when I picked it up and to be honest I was skeptical because it is a car dealership and I have been told not to worry before and have been let down - this time it was a flawless experience. I just got back from driving the 450Km trip from Bolton to Ottawa and there was not a single issue - not a bulb out - not low washer fluid - no low tire pressure - no shimmy at 130KM/hr or weird noises - absolutely nothing. Look at my other reviews - when I come across excellent customer service I leave good feedback. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Henry and The Auto Show - my advice is give them a call - explain what you need and then go and check them out. I am so glad I did - thanks Henry.

I am extremely happy with my experience at The Auto Show. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam, Henry and Leon. All of these gentlemen were fantastic and extremely helpful. The person I interacted the most with was Henry and Leon and from the jump got a good vibe from them both. But Leon was my sales associate, he sat me down and was very real and informative. The car I brought in for trade was not drivable but Leon gave me an amount I was happy with and helped me walk away with an Audi A4 that I love for a great price. What is really great about my experience was after I purchased the car it had a few things wrong with it, that I didn’t notice at the time of purchase. The passenger side door lock motor was not working and there was a chip in the windshield. Mind you the bill of purchase said as is, but when I brought my issue to Leon he completely understood and the dealership took care of both things, I didn’t have to go out of pocket. These are stand up people and really want you to be happy with the business conducted with them. Check them out. I will definitely go back for my next car.

I recently purchased a car from here and I definitely recommend it. I used to not trust dealers but this place was different. Very clean, organized, and professional operation with really competitive prices. Sam was very pleasant to deal with and he streamlined the whole process very well. I needed the car ASAP so I requested rush delivery on the car and Sam and the guys certainly helped me out. The location was far for me, but it was definitely worth the drive for the good price and great service.
