I want to start by saying thank you to Derick , he is an amazing Machanic. Is highly educated in VW and Audis but works on all cars... He took amazing care of me and my Tiguan. His prices are great and tge service you get here is hard to find... Thank you. Im Grateful I know you.

Derrick is extremely knowledgeable on newer and older VW's .charged me fairly, expressed his concerns on things he noticed that had to be addressed soon so I was aware and could keep my 98tdi jetta running reliably as it's my daily driven 200kms average per day vehical. He also gave me a loaner car to use as the repair on mine would take 2 days ????

If you want world class customer service ,amazing prices and very knowledgeable mechanics and staff you must go here. They were excellent in knowing exactly what was wrong and never tried to sell me something my vehicle did not need . They are our new mechanics and can’t thank Derec and his staff enough !!!!

I owned a 2004 jetta with a automatic transmission that was starting to slip really bad took it here and they swapped a 5 speed into my jetta for a decent price .very good group of guys haven't been there in a long time due to me moving but will be back soon as I have another jetta that needs some work .
