ESP CONSTRUCTION

In my capacity as a Claims Analyst, I contacted ESP to assist my company in completing repairs to a customer's property caused by a driver. Eduard was friendly and accomodating from the start which was a great help considering I was coordinating these repairs from 3 provinces away. ESP visited and inspected the site before providing an estimate; without being asked they provided a solution which helped control our costs while keeping our customer satisfied. The repairs were completed within the timeframe provided. ESP has definitely been added to my go to contacts for local construction needs.

Kitchen Renovation.
This is the second reno that ESP have done. Eddy, Project Manager, is a skilled professional. His interpersonal skills are excellent and a joy to work with. He insured that all aspects of the job, which included 3 others on the team was completed to our satisfaction. The end result was really great. My basement needed new drywall, flooring, doors, paint, toilet and tile after a flood. Eduard and Eddy are a dream to work with! Eduard quoted on my project and Eddy did my whole project (with just one or two helpers on a couple of days). In addition to the price above (labor and some products), I spent about another $3,000 on flooring, tile, the new toilet and leveling of one floor (cement). Eddy was on time, pleasant, hard-working and did quality work. Whenever something new or unexpected came up, he quickly adapted at a reasonable cost. He did a couple of things at no extra charge which I really appreciated. He was happy to pick up & deliver the products I wanted from his local store. Throughout, Eddy sought to do the job correctly and to a high standard. I am very happy with the final result and I am happy to let others know about ESP construction's excellent work.
