Wonderful yin yoga class in all ways, and Jean is especially wonderful at helping each and everyone in the class that may need some guidance on a particular pose.
Not sure why my post says Ashley but this is Chris Huet and Jean is a wonderful caring human being. Her calm approach to leading yoga is very welcoming.
Lovely yoga in a beautiful setting. Jean is so good at pointing out the minor adjustments that make such a difference. Wouldn't miss it!
Jean is awesome! Love the yen yoga she teaches, very relaxing and mind-easing. She has worked with me and helped me balance my body after a broken pelvis the last 2 years. I also LOVE her products... The face cream is amazing! And the bug stray is very nice! All natural, feels clean and light on your skin.
