Amazing food -- THIS is the way food is supposed to be! Flavorful with the just right amount of spice. We will definitely be back soon to try other menu options as we had a hard time deciding what to have.

Yum! We just had lunch from Island Flavours Caribbean. We enjoyed three roti - Veggie; Jerk Chicken and Goat. They were all delicious and generous servings. The customer service was also wonderful. I appreciated that they had vegan, vegetarian options. I highly recommend. We have already already talked about what we will order next time!

My new favourite restaurant in Caledon East! Staff are friendly, food is great. Menu has too many great things to choose from which is a plus. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING FOOD!! I had ordered food for my Baby Shower and got it catered to the location, it was amazing! Great communication when placing my order and organizing everything. Food was great and everything I wanted it to be. My guests loved the food! Prices were great! I will definitely be ordering again :)

Awesome food! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful for my first time there. Location is clean. Again, food was awesome. I had the ox tail stew and beef patties. Prices are good Will definitely be going back.
