I've visited here a few times. Last visit was just before the pandemic. I picked up the big bucket. I've kept it in my kitchen for a year and a half. It does crystalize over time but I find if you stir it with a big spoon, it does return to liquid. Best honey I've ever had. Will return soon. Very friendly owners up for small talk and learn about the honey. This honey also helps me sleep. It releases melatonin.
First time buyer here and I went with the largest size. The moment I opened the lid I could smell the bees and hive. Aroma is more dense than commercial honey you buy from a supermarket. That's how authentic and unpasturized it's. The color is beautiful and the texture is so thick it was easy to fill a small glass jar and keep the main container clean. Taste remained in my mouth for over an hour after eating it. I will certainly buy my honey from here again.
EDIT: After few weeks from opening the lid and filling my first glass jar, the honey crystalized hard solid, which I guess is a proof how real and unpasteurized it's. I keep it stored at room temperature around 20° C. It's a bit hard to scoop now but I mix it in my breakfast or liquid snacks and it dissolves pretty easily without heating.
Awesome drive to the farm an honor system is great, met the owner on our way in he's so kind and sweet, his wife and dog are equally amazing.
Love their honey and Pee Pollen. really helps my allergies. Great service and people. Worth the drive for me!
