(April 2, 2019, 3:34 pm)I used West End Cycle this Spring to get my bike road ready and I was very impressed with the service. I was getting new tires, oil change, general tune-up and it was all done very professionally and efficiently (and at a good price). I even had some ideas I bounced off Joe regarding some work on my rims where he could very easily have up-sold me and put a few extra hundred bucks in his pocket. He advised me to keep the rims the way they were and he was totally right! Honesty like this is exceedingly rare in this business. I would totally recommend West End Cycle and I will definitely be taking my bike to Joe for any work I need in the future.
