Very unique and great auction business. The owners are down to earth and care about their customers. I really like this auction house.

Decent place, the people are super nice and hospitable. Drops two stars because they've taken on the attitude of a lot of auction houses (but not all) lately which is unfortunate. That attitude is sold 'As is' and we take no responsibility for anything we sell. Have bought from them a few times in the past with no problems, last auction I bought a pile of stuff. 2 of the three electrical items did not work. One of the 'new' items I bought was missing two critical components in the box it came in.

I get the sold as is aspect but you need to take some responsibility when it takes 15 seconds to plug something in and find out if it works or not. Then you can list the item as 'non functioning'. Spent $50 on a skilsaw that was completely dead which I ended up tossing in the garbage. Emailed them the same day to mention this. The basic response I got from them "well, we didn't say it was working"? Really? I guess I can say you also didn't say it wasn't working.

Quite unfortunate and I won't be doing business with them any more and spreading the word. That's either the lazy way of selling or it's knowingly selling something that was tested and didn't work. Either way, not impressed.
