What a sweat. Bird dog is an awesome place to go for a quick BURNING workout
The instructors are amazing and very helpful and will definitely whip you into shape

Bird Dog Fitness not only offers amazing fitness classes but is so clean and beautiful! There has been a lot of time and money put into the studio and it shows! Fantastic place!
