Great company and very helpful owner Kuldip paji and management Navjot mahal and Gurpreet safety and Raman Singh from Garage! All staff- highly professional and friendly!
Bit late for the review but i have to say this i dont work with this company anymore but when i used to it was great and never have complaints with anything they have steady work i used to deal with dispatcher named davinder and kiranveer both of them were fantastic i had other reasons to leave this company but its one of best
Every genuine mile, hour, expense, etc is paid to the driver by the accounting department on time with no argument.
The safety department and the HR department is managed by some of the finest professional employees.
Maintenance employees seemed to be the most sincere workers in the company. Never said no to fixing the equipment when asked.
However the planner(s) (inbound and outbound) at the time in the dispatch office seemed to express haughty attitude towards the drivers.
Both planners displayed enormous amount of ineptitude when it came to conversing with the driver.
You say no to a load once, from that day onward get ready to cover the miserable loads for no extra buck and with no consideration.
The planner(s) follow a formalistic approach towards the driver by parroting the the rules and pay rate and will expect the driver to do some extra work neglecting the time it will cost the highway driver.
Trucking involves different contexts for each driver and a predetermined notion to have all the drivers work a specific job with the same amount and no amount of money may be a wrong outlook.
