Graham McGregor, MPP Brampton North

One of the best emails I have ever sent! If I could give 20 or more stars I would.
To make a very long story short, I had an issue with my son not being medically treated by William Osler Health System (Brampton Civic Hospital) in what I felt was a timely and humane manner.
I sent an email to Graham McGregor's office on Thursday February 9th at 9:15pm and by 8:56am on February 10th I had a reply from Nicole (Nikki). We spoke on the phone a short time later and she went into action.
Within a very short amount of time Nikki did exactly what she promised me. She had contacted the hospital and then followed up with me again to let me know how it went and what I may expect.
Within an hour the hospital reached out to me.
Not without a battle but definitely thanks to Nicole's help, my son's surgery was moved from what I felt was an unacceptable date to less 48 hours after Nicole contacting the hospital.
If I hadn't contacted Graham McGregor's office, the hospital would have never responded to my concerns.
In addition to the above, Nikki has also reached out by email and phone to ask how my son and I are both doing.

I had recently been having an issue concerning ODSP and MSN forms and a lack of correspondence between ODSP and myself. I contacted the office of MPP Graham McGregor, explaining my frustration, and received immediate professional, courteous assistance. I would recommend anyone receiving ODSP, encountering communication problems to reach out to MPP McGregors office, as they truly got my issue resolved.

Graham McGregor and his terrific team led by Nicole Cedrone have been providing wonderful support and valuable help for People Against Littering (P.A.L.) P.A.L. has an ambitious goal; a litter-free Brampton! As the founder of P.A.L., I am extremely grateful for the concrete help that Graham is generously providing to assist us in achieving our goal! It's through his actions, that Graham proves he really does care about our community.

Graham McGregor is truly for the people. He's more than an MPP.
Graham goes above and beyond for all and does what he says. My Children and I were having difficulties and facing homelessness, he stepped in and have his staff start working on my behalf immediately. I must say they never missed a beat! not a phone call have gone unanswered or not returned, not a day goes by without a follow up. In my 14 years living in Canada I can truly say he is one of the best MPP I have ever come in contact with. I want to thank his staff Nicole whom some refer to as Nikki. you are truly an earth angel to me. your thoughtfulness towards others is beyond this world! I will never forget all your help in my time of need. Life can throw you off track and causes you to either start over or give up. Thank God I didn't give up and He sends angels on earth to help us.
