They are a group of patient, professional individuals, that are flexible and accommodative. I was able to reschedule my appointment with ease. Also when I got there I didn’t have all the required documents to process my security clearance check. As a result I had to go back home to look for it. And the agents were kind enough to wait for me to go and come back and finish up the process.

Needed fingerprints for U.S. police clearance certificate (identity history summary) from the FBI. They do a great job, they know the correct paper to use for the fingerprint card, and will ensure all of your fingerprints are as clear as possible (both the normal impression and the rolled impression).

It cost a little under $75 per person, including tax. They do not work directly with the FBI, so you would need to physically send the forms yourself.
