I Would like to give 5 stars to the service provided by Quintic Engineering in making my property basement legalized. I have consulted few of the engineering firms regarding making a second dwelling unit but didn't got positive feedback from them. I was told side entrance to the unit is not possible but Lekesh at Quintic engineering after going to the structural designs of the property make this happen. Definitely YES to Quintic Engineering for any future structural designs or architectural needs.

I successfully obtained a city permit for the removal of my kitchen's load-bearing wall, and the process was seamless with the use of their provided drawings.
The process was very efficient on their end, including the home visit, measurements, and provision of drawings.

He not only got us approval in a short time but also helped us during the entire construction of basement to ensure that all requirements are met and there is no re-work and extra cost.
