I just bough my first car on Saturday and honestly I can say this is the best dealership I’ve been to. Diana Garzón was so helpful she was with me through out the whole process. Our car was in bad shape and we were worried it was time for a new car after getting a $2100 quote from our mechanic.  Luckily a friend mentioned to us that there was a recall on our veichle.  We ended up taking our car to Addison on Erin Mills where Jen Lowe helped us feel at home. She showed us the recalls and provided us with a courtesy car for the day.  We picked up our car the next day and it was one of the best experiences we ever had. We even ended up doing some other work to the car since all the recall work was completely free.  This location has impeccable customer service. It is so clean. We just felt good going here. We are even considering having this location as our go to mechanic.  Thank you Jen for providing us with an amazing experience and helping us out as much as you did. And thank you Addison on Erin Mills for saving us thousands of dollars and allowing us to keep our car for a few years longer before we have to upgrade.

A wonderful place to buy vehicles. Very friendly and easy going staff. Helped me get my 1st car in canada in just few days. Didn't had to go there over and over again. Bob is a very friendly sales person who solved all my problems and the service provided is brilliant. Thank you
