Advance Car And Truck Rental

First of all, like many Discount customers, I was "transferred" to Advance car Rental at the last minute at the airport. Discount would tell you that all their cars are fully booked and will have Advance to provide the car you reserved.

Frustrated after 36 hours working + travelling from Tokyo to Toronto, no one would be in a good mood in this situation including me. However, I would suggest try to work with Advance's employees. They are not part of the Discount bad faith business tactic, and tried their best to part-take the situations.

Advises:
- Always bring more than enough of cash (not just credit card; although you need credit card to put down deposit) to cover your travel expense.
- Work with the employees. They are not Discount, period.
- If you are unfortunate like me that Discount put you in this situation, remember this: there are kids starved to death every several minutes. We are fine - this is just one of our First-World problems.

MY CAR GOT INTO ACCIDENT ON QUEEN ST. IN BRAMPTON ONTARIO AT 11 PM NIGHT TIME. THE CAR WAS HIT FROM BEHIND. THE CAR WAS REALLY DAMAGE IT HAD TO BE TOWED. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO HOW I WAS GOING TO GET HOME OR GET TO WORK THE NEXT DAY. I USED MY I PHONE TO LOOK UP FOR A CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN BRAMPTON. LOTS OF COMPANY'S CAME UP I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANY'S THERE WAS NO ANSWER FINALLY I CALLED ADVANCE CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE, THEN THEY CAME TO THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT IN 25 MIN. I WAS GOING TO RENT THE CAR INTEL MY CAR GOT FIXED AND PAY FROM MY POCKET BUT THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ARE NOT AT FAULT THE RENTAL BILL WILL BE COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY EVEN IF I HAVE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN DIRECTING ME IN THE RIGHT WAY. THE BILL WAS PAID BY THE INSURANCE
COMPANY. THERE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, THE CAR WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND ADVANCE CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
