(May 19, 2019, 2:17 pm)I have had excellent customer service at Air Canada Vacations with booking my trip online. Emailed question for a Price Drop Guarantee and got quick response. Did a Price Drop and it took only 2 days for a credit on my card. Now if the service is good on my trip in Jamaica I will definitely be Happy. Keep up the Excellent service.
(April 26, 2019, 3:01 pm)Booked a trip to London England before the 737Max problems. We had our flight changed as a result which caused some minor issues. The AC Vacations staff were fabulous! They followed up on the problem, fixed it, and called me back. Excellent customer service - something that few get right these days. Thanks for a great trip!
