They received my phone on Febuary 27th (day or so after sending it away) and got it back on March 1st. Fixed my defective screen and even replaced the battery. Very happy with my experience. Only issue is that it is difficult to get in contact with anyone and there website tracking wasn't working for me personally. Overall very happy.

As a business-to-business customer, I was very impressed. During a routine screen replacement on a Galaxy S8, a trace came off the motherboard. Not sure how it happened, but it happened. I had to give the customer a loaner phone, and send the S8 to these guys. I was expecting the worst - a $500+ bill for motherboard replacement due to my mistake, and I was prepared for it. Turned out, it was declared warranty work. It was fixed, and shipped promptly back to my shop. Made both me and the customer very happy as the turnaround was much quicker than expected.

Don't be afraid sending your phone my recent experience with them was very good.

I sent them my LG with the famous issue and forgot to include my details, called them and they asked me to send them an email with all the details, Did that and my phone repair process took a week exactly including shipping back and forth, so it looks like they are doing the job as it should be, answered my phone call from the first attempt.

I would recommend them now as I was afraid when I read all the bad reviews about them and that why I wanted to write this review, cheers!
