    Anisha provided a wealth of information in her knowledgeable yet supportive and down-to-earth way.

    She shared helpful tools and strategies, based on up-to-date research that helped me overcome some digestive concerns I was having in pregnancy. She also helped me plan healthy diets for my changing dietary needs throughout my pregnancy as well as for my developing baby.

    I know she'll be a valuable resource as we continue to work together on subsequent stages of our family's diet and nutrition-planning.

    Working with Anisha has changed my life. When I went to see her my diabetes and blood sugar were out of control and I was on a LOT of medication. Anisha helped give me the knowledge and techniques that needed to make better choices and balance my meals.....all of this without feeling hungry!! With Anisha's help. I've lost 61 pounds in 6 months.

    I appreciate that Anisha's strategies does not mean that you can't go out and eat things....she doesn't even say that there are things that you can never eat.....she calls them 'sometimes foods'. She was able to give me strategies that help me manage my busy lifestyle with the demands of eating on the go while driving my kids to their activities....."Yes you can eat and McDonald's sometimes.....skip the fries and the soda and you're good".

    I can live my life the way I did before but with waayyyy less weight!

    Thanks Anisha. I don't know where i'd be without you!

    She changed the way I veiw my diet. Made healthy meals more appealing, lowered my sugar tolerance (very hard to eat sweet treats for me now), increased my knowledge on nutrition labels, and all the while set me on the right path to achieving my goal of weight loss. 14 kgs lighter and I haven't felt this good in a while. Thanks a lot Anisha.
